We partnered with Onyx+East to brand and market Nickel Row, a townhome development in Fishers, Indiana. Situated in an area rich with railroad history and “Nickel” references, the challenge was to create an identity that felt rooted in the local context while still standing apart from the surrounding visual landscape. Our approach balanced regional and historical cues with a distinctive aesthetic, allowing the development to feel both familiar and uniquely its own.
